In the assigned Job Role of Architecture Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security and scalability.
• Provide suggestions on solution architecture, contribute to tech framework development, support enterprise architecture definition, and drive design creation
• Identify suitable technologies and tools available in the market, and perform a comparative analysis in line with client's business requirement, thereby identifying optimal architectural solution options
• Participate in developing integration strategies based on validation of proof of concept of proposed architectural solutions
• Facilitate a smooth transition by ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to quality standards, while contributing to the build and deployment automation strategy
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues using solution deployment and roll out methods, during build, deployment and support phases
• Analyze system performance basis architectural solutions implemented and support in identifying potential risks in the system landscape
• Create artifacts of architectural frameworks and technical solutions, thereby enriching team's knowledge repository

Required Skill and Experience
• Hands-on experience with Workday Extend.
• Knowledge of Workday Studio / EIB / Core Connectors, Workday APIs and integration frameworks, Business Object Framework and Workday data model
• End to end experience of defining the integration and reports strategy, delivery methods and development of integrations
• Technical proficiency in implementing IT/business solutions in Workday HCM and ERP building target architecture, integration approach, integrations development, reporting and dashboarding solutions, along with reports, and customization of business process utilizing native Workday tools.
• Proficient in running reports to detect changes in the system.
• Proficient in performance tuning of reports and integration codes
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday technologies - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting & data analytics
• Able to translate business requirements to technical solutions.
• Experience in core HCM Modules (Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Benefits, Payroll etc.)
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Experience in Workday Cloud Platform
• Workday certifications (Extend, Integration, or HCM/Finance modules)
• Experience with Workday Prism, Orchestration, or Accounting Center
• Experience in working in teams on large and complex ERP projects
• Good understanding of integrations and data flows with third-party systems
• Testing process knowledge including hand-on experience across testing phases and testing tools.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
