Kick-start your automotive career with a team that invests in your success! Crossroads is looking for a Lead Express Service Technicians who take pride in delivering quality vehicle maintenance and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee and lead team of Express Technicians
  • Monitor and manage Express Team workflow processes
  • Responsible for training of new Express Techs joining the team
  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations and replacements, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance
  • Inspect vehicles and recommend needed services
  • Deliver efficient, high-quality express maintenance services
