Position Summary

The Express Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire express service lane operation, leading both service advisors and technicians. This role ensures seamless, efficient, and high-quality customer experience from vehicle check-in through service completion and delivery, while maintaining strong workflow control and team performance.
