At Wally's Burger Express, we have three management positions:
-General Manager, in total charge of the entire store. Salaried position
-Assistant Managers, assisting the GM in managing the store. Salaried position.
-Shift leaders, hourly management persons in charge of shift up to $17 HR
Responsibility of Management
-A strong leader who is a people person, with excellent hospitality skills, has a positive attitude, and a sense of urgency who can make work fun.
-Detail oriented, organized and able to direct Team Members while performing under pressure in a high volume restaurant.
