Job Description
Ancira Patriot Buick GMC is seeking a driven and experienced Quick Service Group Leader to oversee the daily operations of the dealership's Quick Lube (Express Service) Department. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, exceptional customer experience, regulatory compliance, and achievement of CSI, sales, and profitability objectives.
The Quick Service Group Leader reports to the Shop Foreman and Service Manager and directly supervises Express Service Advisors and Service Quick Lube Technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain CSI benchmarks for which the Quick Service team is accountable
  • Monitor and manage team performance in alignment with management expectations
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal, OSHA standards, and employee safety requirements
  • Assist with interviewing and selection of team members as scheduled by management
  • Maintain factory-required reporting systems
  • Ensure proper repair order flow to meet warranty, dealership, and business office requirements
  • Perform quality checks on completed work and provide technical assistance as needed
  • Enforce team standards for customer service and oversee processes to reduce comebacks
  • Monitor Repair Order trends including volume, items per RO, and sales per RO
  • Prevent and resolve customer concerns through proactive communication and high-quality service delivery
  • Ensure shop equipment is maintained in safe working condition and that safety policies are followed
  • Ensure immediate reporting of accidents or safety incidents
  • Maintain organized handling and accountability of special tools
  • Ensure applicable technical bulletins are incorporated into the Express Service intake process
  • Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure proper stocking of high-use items
  • Report to management any circumstances that may compromise dealership integrity
  • Demonstrate leadership consistent with Ancira Auto Group expectations in all interactions

Qualifications
  • Must meet Ancira Auto Group's requirements for employment
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a Quick Lube, Express Service, or automotive service environment preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of automotive maintenance and light repair services
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities effectively
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive improvements
  • Valid in-state driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to maintain emotional control in stressful situations
