Responsibilities

Export Billing Clerk Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare export documents for both frozen & chilled

  • Track documents

  • Originate applications for frozen and chilled export orders

  • Present documents to USDA for all export loads

  • Request bookings and scheduling Frozen Exports

  • Tracking Inventory for outside freezers

  • Letter of credit/Wire Transfers

  • Creating Orders for freezer

  • Communicating with Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, Kansas City and Chicago offices

  • Freight

  • Fed Ex samples

  • Cross training to help with other departments

  • Other duties as assigned

This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates for the Export Billing Clerk should possess the following:

  • Reliability and attention to detail are most important

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel

  • Possess efficient data entry skills

  • Must be computer literate, proficient in ten key, basic Excel knowledge and strong clerical experience

  • Reliable

  • Positive work history and attendance records

  • Team Player with good communication skills

  • Good telephone etiquette skills

  • Possess a professional attitude/conduct

  • Lift up to 25 lbs

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
