Air Export Operator - Japanese Bilingual

No prior logistics experience required! We welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow in a stable logistics environment.

Job Description:

  • Arrange and coordinate air export shipments, primarily small parcel shipments to Japan
  • Prepare shipping documents and export-related paperwork
  • Perform data screening and shipment information verification
  • Track shipments and update shipment status as needed
  • Coordinate with carriers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery information
  • Provide general administrative and operational support related to export shipments

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Location: Gardena / Carson / Compton (Dominguez Hills area)

Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 annually (DOE)
