We are seeking a detail-oriented Ocean Export Coordinator to support international shipping operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in global transportation, freight forwarding, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage ocean export shipments from origin to destination
  • Enter, update, and maintain shipment information within company systems
  • Track and trace export shipments and provide timely status updates to customers and internal teams
  • Prepare and process export documentation to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with ocean carriers, drayage providers, customs brokers, and internal departments
  • Monitor shipment milestones and proactively communicate delays or service issues
  • Assist with customs and export-related documentation
