Job description

The Import Export Admin Coordinator will support Import/Export Department to ensure timely movement of international and domestic shipments in compliance with company standards, customer standards and US Customs and Border Protection. Ideal candidate will have a strong Customer Service orientated approach as well as accuracy in this role to maintain service levels to internal customers while retaining customs and export compliance requirements.
Compliance responsibilities:
  • Track and monitor shipments.
  • Enter and update import data to SAP.
  • Processing shipments/preparing shipping documents
  • Coordinating freight payments
  • Respond to inquiries from customs broker and forwarder.
  • Assist to help the team meet its performance objectives.
  • Maintaining organized records to support compliance efforts.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation, Logistics
  • Strong written, verbal, and inter-personal skills

  • An innovative, goal-oriented and results driven approach
