About the role: Location: Two Rivers WI 54241
We're looking for a Project Manager - T&S (Transmission and Substation) Level 4 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) You will manage and a lead a project from conception to close out and align with best industry performance. Additionally, understanding and previous in organizations (such as PGD, Wind) to bring independent key perspectives to the nuclear organization.
You will manage the completion of projects that support nuclear goals. Employees in this role will lead projects that vary with regard to resource requirements, functional interaction, direction, scope, and timeframe. Individuals maintain project momentum, surface problems and recommendations, report completion status, and control costs to budget. You will report to the onsite Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects to ensure completion by schedule date
• Creates plans, cost analysis, schedules, estimations, and reports to communicate project deliverables and status of completion
• Coordinates engineering, construction and other functional resources to complete project goals
• Lead and coaches schedulers, cost engineers and estimators regarding project significance
• Manage all related project controls and systems to support project development tasks
• Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
• Experience: 10 or more years of experience leading Transmission & Substation or related projects with high-level engineering and project management expertise.
• Experience in P-6, NEO and strong excel skills are desired.
• Position will require travel to the other nuclear sites periodically to support outages or planned projects.
