Position Overviewย 
Fredericksburg City Public Schools is seeking a dynamic and innovative Elementary Career Exploration Specialist Teacher to provide engaging, age-appropriate career exploration instruction for students in grades K5.ย 
This position supports multiple elementary schools and focuses on helping students build early awareness of careers, develop employability skills, and connect classroom learning to real-world opportunities.ย
