Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Red Team Intelligence Analyst with a strong background in exploit and tool development to support advanced penetration testing and offensive security operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cybersecurity, proven experience with programming and scripting, and a desire to identify and address capability gaps in Red Team operations. - SECRET CLEARANCE OR HIGHER REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom tools and exploits to support Red Team operations.
  • Identify, analyze, and exploit vulnerabilities in various operating systems, networks, and applications.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve tools, tactics, and procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and offensive security techniques.
  • Document findings and provide technical recommendations for remediation.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 5 years of experience (OR a PhD and 2 years OR a Masters degree and 3 years)
  • Graduate of the National Security Agency (NSA) Computer Network Operations Development Program (CNODP).

Required Certifications:

  • Must meet DoD 8570.01-M requirements IAW DFARS 252.239-7001 Baseline Certification; minimum CSSP Infrastructure Support.
  • GIAC Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Tester (GXPN) or Offensive Security Exploit Developer (OSED).

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-time professional experience supporting Red Team or penetration testing engagements with a focus on exploit and tool development.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience developing in at least three (3) programming or scripting languages such as Python, C++, Java, Assembly, C#, Rust, etc.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience identifying gaps in tools, development techniques, and operational capabilities, and contributing to their improvement.

Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Clearance or Higher

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a classified or high-security environment.
  • Knowledge of cyber threat emulation and adversary simulation.
  • Familiarity with common Red Team frameworks and tools.
