As a Technical Writer, you will craft essential documentation that clearly communicates the installation, operation, and maintenance of sophisticated electronic and mechanical equipment. Responsibilities:

  • Craft accurate and comprehensive technical manuals and user guides following customer specifications.

  • Analyze specifications, notes, and drawings to produce clear and concise documentation.

  • Collaborate with editors and production staff to meet graphic requirements and deadlines.

  • Utilize cutting-edge XML, SGML, and HTML tools to create and edit documentation materials.

  • Consult with customers to ascertain precise documentation needs.

  • Serve as an expert consultant to departments requiring assistance with technical communication.

  • Conduct proactive risk analysis on flight and product safety-critical parts.

  • Observe and report any safety concerns, adhering to the Just Culture policy.

  • Carry out special projects and uphold safety standards as needed.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional research and grammatical abilities, with strong written communication skills.
