Overview

The Management Supervisor will oversee multiple experiential initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring strong operational structure, disciplined project management, and measurable results. Duties include oversight to multiple experiential program strategies, planning, budgets, executions and analysis. A pro-starter mindset is essential - someone who proactively identifies opportunities, creates solutions, and drives programs forward with clarity and purpose.

Serving as a key contributor and the right hand to the Director, this position is essential to departmental operations. They must exhibit leadership skills with the ability to guide, nurture and grow the junior staff within the department. Working closely with leadership, this role maximizes efficiencies, explores opportunities for improvement, and ensures extensive interaction within the agency, as well as daily contact with clients and outside vendors. The ideal candidate should have experience in automotive and/or luxury brand experiential marketing, promotions and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

Lead Experiential Markets & Programs

  • Manage experiential initiatives, guiding programs from concept through execution and post-program analysis.
  • Research and develop new and relevant initiatives that meet client's objectives.
  • Develop strategies to support Lexus sales plans, vehicle launches and retail initiatives.
  • Manage program budgets.
  • Travel, when necessary, for site-checks/inspections, meetings and experiential events around the country.

Client & Partner Leadership

  • Maintain beneficial relationships with mid-level clients and partners.
  • Communicate and present experiential strategy, recommendations, execution, recaps and metrics to Lexus clients.

Discipline Growth & Operational Excellence

  • Support the Director in creating and maximizing efficiencies across departmental operations, including asset tracking, budget allocations, partner evaluations, and creative requests.
  • Continue to grow and evolve the Experiential Marketing discipline, increasing the team's profile within the agency, to clients, and within the greater marketing communications community.
  • Research and communicate competitive activity to internal teams and clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Advertising, or Communications).
  • 7+ years of experiential marketing, event marketing, sponsorship/partnership marketing, or sports marketing experience, including leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in managing complex, multi-market experiential programs.
  • Strong financial management experience, including budget oversight and program forecasting.
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A proactive, pro-starter mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive initiatives forward independently.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior clients, internal teams, vendors, and partners.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Photoshop experience is a plus but not required).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed (potentially up to 25%).
  • Professionalism, humility, creativity, and sound judgment in leadership and decision-making.
