We are seeking a Freelance Experiential Marketing Manager to support upcoming book launch and signing events in Connecticut. This role will focus on event coordination, logistical support, and on-site execution for promotional activations.

This is a flexible, part-time freelance opportunity ideal for someone with experience in events, experiential marketing, or live activations.

Responsibilities
  • Support planning and coordination of book launch and signing events.
  • Assist with event logistics, scheduling, and venue coordination.
  • Liaise with bookstores, venues, and partners where required.
  • Provide on-site support during activations and launches.
  • Coordinate with the client team to ensure smooth event execution.
