Job description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction management and a proven ability to oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, especially within healthcare environments. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and change orders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor on-site activities to ensure safety compliance and quality control.
  • Review drawings and specifications for constructability and coordination.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and forecasts to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 515 years of experience in commercial construction project management (PM or Sr PM level depending on experience).
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience managing healthcare projects (hospitals, clinics, medical offices, etc.).
  • Knowledge of healthcare-specific codes, infection control practices, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.).
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
