Description
Due to Satterfield & Pontikes' continued growth and expansion, we are adding an experienced Project Manager to our Austin team.
We focus on projects ranging from $20-300 mil including education, medical, airport, mixed use, and large industrial warehouse projects.
Requirements:
  • B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager on projects over $25 million.

The role you will play:
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors
  • Promote and ensure compliance with company safety policies and programs
  • Review, monitor, and coordinate all approvals of shop drawings and submittals
  • Create schedules of values and receive billing approval from the architect/owner
  • Team with the onsite Superintendent to guarantee contract conformance
  • Oversee S&P Quality Control Program for project
  • Prepare the project budget, change orders, and manage cost control budget adjustments
  • Formulate and monitor all required reports and logs
  • Schedule and attend all project meetings and final walk throughs
  • Supervise staff, including establishing and communicating performance expectations, providing feedback, determining training and development needs, and conducting on-the-job training
