Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the transformative initiatives in Home Services industry.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing, improving, and running operations based on data analytics, creating and following through roadmaps, and tracking the achievements of KPI of the teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, customer service, and field operations, to ensure successful execution of the digitalization project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, project plans, and progress reports.
  • Monitor project progress and track achievement of KPIs for the teams involved.
  • Conduct regular meetings with project stakeholders to review project status, discuss issues, and make decisions.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors involved in the project.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure project delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the project team, and ensure adherence to project management best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall), tools, and software.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
