Ce que vous aurez à faire :

  • Maximiser le rendement du magasin par une formation efficace du personnel et par la gestion de tous les aspects opérationnels du magasin;
  • Exploiter le magasin de manière à optimiser les ventes et encourager les employés dans leurs objectifs de vente;
  • Assister le gérant au niveau du recrutement, des embauches et de la formation d’une équipe de vente efficace et productive;
  • S’assurer de la présentation attrayante de la marchandise, conformément aux directives établies;
  • Veiller à ce que les normes de maintien et de soin de la marchandise soient respectées;
  • Contribuer à la motivation de l’équipe;
  • Appliquer et faire respecter les règles et les politiques internes de manière continue dans le but d’assurer la prévention des pertes.
