You will be meeting the parents, building relationships, and helping families plan their next celebration with us! This role is 100% commission based, designed for someone who wants flexibility, enjoys talking to people, and is motivated to earn based off performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight: Building birthday party guest relationships during in the moment birthday parties to book future events at your facility.
  • Engagement: Engage with parents during live birthday parties and events
  • Implementation: Share party options and help parents secure their next birthday party on the spot
  • Target: Meet or exceed monthly booking target for birthday party bookings.
