Job Description:
Skills Required:
  • Strong Agile Project management capabilities.
  • Proficient in using Rally (or similar Agile Project Management tool) to help drive a metrics driven approach for IT team.
  • Strong communications, negotiation, and related skills • Strong facilitation skills to deliver collaborative strategies and solutions.
  • Capability to manage complex initiatives (integration, risks, issues, etc.)
  • Capability to formulate and communicate strategy.
  • Ability to think innovatively to identify product improvements using data and or customer feedback.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when solving unexpected problems.
  • Ability to deliver under pressure.
  • Ability to adapt communication style and approach

Skills Preferred:
  • Business/Systems knowledge with respect to Marketing Sales and especially Dealer Systems is a plus.
  • Previous experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • Technical Background with exposure to coding/architecture • Experience in working directly with PDO teams.
  • Ability to provide IT expertise to deliver business strategies or recommend alternative solutions.
  • Working knowledge of IT and Finance policy.
  • Ability to bring technical experience together with business knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Ford PDO expeditions and ability to lead teams in this model.
  • Prior experience working with major programs/products involving multiple stakeholders or multiple regions.

Experience Required:
  • Five or more years as a Product Manager or Business Analyst or Scrum Master.
  • Hands on experience in Agile principles & practices.

Experience Preferred:
  • 4+ years of progressive responsibilities in IT including experience with Agile Framework in support of Product Teams.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in an information technology related discipline
