POSITION SUMMARY:
As Midway Leasing's Sales and Origination Manager working out of Los Angeles Wilshire location your responsibilities will include overseeing the origination of subprime, near prime, and prime automotive lease installment contracts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sales
  • Deal Structuring
  • Underwriting
  • Marketing, and forging strategic partnerships with dealerships
  • Identifying and communicating opportunities to leverage the scale of the Midway Leasing
  • Analyzing auto industry trends that affect future residual values

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & LICENSES:
  • Knowledge of high-end luxury and exotics vehicles (Preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of leasing, dealer needs, and industry trends
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • 3+ years of sales or account management within corporate environment
  • Experience in the luxury automotive industry, with a significant focus on sales and finance/leasing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university- (preferred but not required)

COMPENSATION CONSIDERATIONS
  • Competitive base salary
  • Company vehicle provided
  • Variable compensation based on Company Net Operating Income and Volume
  • Total Compensation range $100K-$150k, depending on experience
  • The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, and education when applicable.
