Lamborghini Minnesota: Lead Detailer/Paint Correction Specialist (Exotic Car Detailing Experience Required!)

This is more than detailing—it's craftsmanship.From precision paint correction and luxury-level interior and exterior detailing to preparing vehicles for photography, showroom display, special events, and customer delivery, your work will ensure every vehicle leaves a lasting impression.

You'll help protect the value of our inventory, uphold showroom-ready standards, and ensure every Lamborghini reflects the performance, prestige, and attention to detail that defines the brand.

Compensation:$20.00–$24.00 per hour + additional earning potential depending on experience!

Compensation is determined based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation consideration for candidates with specialized skills. Candidates with previouswet sandingexperience and/ordry ice cleaningexperience may receive an increase of$3.00 per hour for each qualifying skill, up to$30.00 per hour.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform 1-step and 2-step paint correction services
  • Complete interior and exterior detailing to luxury-level standards
  • Prepare vehicles for photography, showroom display, events, and customer delivery
  • Perform initial and final quality inspections on completed detailing work
  • Identify and report cosmetic concerns, missed areas, or quality issues before vehicles are released
  • Manage and maintain detailing chemicals, products, tools, supplies, and equipment
  • Monitor detailing supply inventory and notify management when replenishment is needed
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards within the detailing area
  • Support inventory readiness and ensure all completed vehicles meet Lamborghini Minnesota presentation standards
  • Always maintain showroom-ready inventory
  • Deliver consistent cosmetic quality with minimal rework
  • Protect dealership inventory value through proper care and presentation
  • Support photography, delivery, and showroom standards through disciplined vehicle preparation

What You Bring:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum 2 years of professional detailing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Experience with paint correction processes
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Wet sanding experience preferred
  • Dry ice cleaning experience preferred
  • Ceramic coating application experience preferred
  • Luxury or exotic vehicle detailing experience required
  • Body shop, high-line dealership, or professional correction background preferred
