Job description

Exo Talent Partners is supporting a high-reliability electronics manufacturer in the Greater Baltimore area seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support precision assembly and production of RF and electronic components used in mission-critical applications.

This role is ideal for hands-on technicians who enjoy working in structured manufacturing environments with high quality and documentation standards.

Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly of electronic and RF components following work instructions and drawings

  • Operate basic production equipment and hand tools

  • Follow manufacturing travelers, SOPs, and quality procedures

  • Perform in-process inspections and basic testing

  • Accurately document work and production data

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Support continuous improvement and production efficiency efforts

Qualifications
  • Experience in electronics or precision manufacturing environments preferred

  • Ability to read and follow technical instructions and drawings

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Comfortable working in regulated or controlled manufacturing settings
