Caring Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Bloomington, Illinois. This is a full-time, onsite position at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center. Our facility in Bloomington is equipped with advanced technology and resources to facilitate a wide range of rehabilitation specialties, including Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Neurological Rehabilitation, Geriatric Rehabilitation, Pediatric Rehabilitation, Sports Rehabilitation, and Post-Surgical Rehabilitation. Work Environment

You will be working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs and clinic operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities designed to promote physical well-being, alleviate pain, and facilitate recovery.
  • Educate patients on proper body mechanics and effective exercise techniques, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery process.
  • Administer various therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy, enhancing treatment effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, monitoring key metrics like range of motion and strength gains throughout the rehabilitation process.
