Qualifications 
  • Background, certification, or strong interest in exercise science, kinesiology, anatomy, physiology, personal training, or a related field. 
  • Must complete and pass Stretch Zone’s accredited certification training which includes a virtual component as well as a two-day hands-on certification. 
  • Hands-on learner with a passion for health, fitness, and wellness.

Responsibilities 
  • Deliver individualized stretching sessions to members using the Stretch Zone method and protocols. 
  • Accurately assess each member’s needs to determine appropriate stretch plans. 
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service in every session. 
  • Execute stretching consultations for prospects and maintaining a high conversion rate. 
  •  Contacting members and prospects, following up on leads, and supporting membership growth goals. 
  • Assist with daily studio operations, including maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. 
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere that motivates both members and staff. 

A Day in the Life 
  • Open the studio, organize the space, and prepare for a productive day. 
  • Lead or support sales efforts, ensuring new and returning clients feel valued and informed. 
  • Execute stretch sessions and consultations, maintaining top-tier client experience. 
  • Support new team members with onboarding and training. 
  • Partner with the Franchisee to meet daily and monthly performance goals and maintain high conversion rates. 
  • Close the studio by celebrating wins and preparing for a strong next day.
