About the Role

Carbon Performance is redefining fitness by blending science-based training, accountability, and culture. We are looking for a Personal Training Supervisor who can lead from the front - someone who coaches clients, drives sales, and builds a team of trainers who deliver consistent, world-class results. This is not just a training role; it’s a leadership opportunity for someone ready to grow into a business leader in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities
  • Coach Clients with Excellence Deliver personal training sessions that exceed expectations. Provide expert coaching on exercise technique, nutrition, and lifestyle that helps clients hit and sustain results.
  • Lead & Hold Trainers Accountable Mentor, evaluate, and develop personal trainers to Carbon’s standards. Ensure all sessions are completed on time, NPS survey goals are achieved, and trainers are delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Drive Sales & Growth Manage consultations, package sales, and upsell opportunities. Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue while maintaining client retention.
  • Own the Numbers Track KPIs - client retention, revenue, trainer productivity and report results weekly. Take responsibility for both successes and gaps, and act quickly to close them.
  • Elevate the Member Experience Deliver unmatched service by responding to client questions, resolving concerns, and creating a culture where members feel seen, valued, and supported.
  • Stay Ahead Keep current with certifications, CEUs, and industry best practices. Model lifelong learning and push your team to do the same.
Qualifications
  • Certified Personal Trainer (nationally recognized).
  • Proven track record in personal training and sales.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to hold others accountable while inspiring growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain).
  • Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred.
