Our 5,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility offers a comprehensive approach to physical therapy, utilizing innovative treatment techniques and a patient-centered philosophy. We are committed to improving the well-being of our patients, primarily those with private medical insurance, through effective rehabilitation methods and supportive care.

Work Environment

Our rehabilitation center is designed to foster collaboration and excellence in patient care. You will be joining a passionate team of two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant who work closely together to share knowledge and strategies. Our team prides itself on providing a supportive atmosphere where each therapist can grow, learn, and deliver exceptional patient outcomes. The setting is primarily onsite, operating Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing a balanced work-life environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage caseloads efficiently, treating approximately one patient per hour, ensuring quality attention and care.

  • Utilize manual therapy methods and advanced therapeutic equipment to facilitate recovery and improve mobility.
  • Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress meticulously in compliance with healthcare standards.

  • Encourage patients' adherence to their rehabilitation programs and motivate them to reach their physical goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
  • Cleans record with no disciplinary actions or board repercussions.
  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a solid understanding of exercise physiology.
  • Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, for documentation and patient management.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
