Exercise Physiologist at Providence St. Jude Medical Center, Fullerton, CA. This position is PerDiem and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

Responsible for assessing, coordinating, developing and evaluating Phase I and II exercise programs for Outpatient Cardiac Rehab Patients. Assists with patients in identification and modification of coronary risks factors and provides ongoing support and self-management education for patients and families.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science.
  • Cardiac medications, basic arrhythmia recognition, and lifestyle management education.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year Cardiac Rehab Exercise Program experience.

Preferred qualification:

  • Graduate degree in Exercise Science.
