Sleep Care Coach Opportunity (100% Remote)

Full Time | Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

Integrated Sleep Care, a MedBridge Healthcare Company, is expanding our remote operations team and is seeking a Sleep Care Coach to support patients undergoing CPAP therapy for obstructive sleep apnea. ???? Great Opportunity for Healthcare and Coaching Professionals

This role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in healthcare, counseling, coaching, psychology, or patient support who want to work remotely while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide education, coaching, and ongoing support to patients using CPAP therapy
  • Review daily patient activity in the Sanusom Portal (reporting only, no clinical interpretation)
  • Initiate outbound calls to patients and caregivers who need follow-up
  • Answer inbound patient and caregiver calls regarding care and therapy support
  • Encourage CPAP adherence through motivation, education, and accountability
  • Coordinate with DME providers and physician offices for non-clinical support needs
  • Document all patient interactions in electronic medical records and portals
  • Assist patients with scheduling or adjusting appointments as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with peers
  • Remain available and online during scheduled work hours

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Counseling, Exercise Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Relevant healthcare, coaching, counseling, or patient support experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and empathize with patients
  • Comfortable using electronic medical records and remote technology
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • CPAP or sleep medicine experience is a plus but not required
  • Bilingual not required, but a plus
