The Point Casino & Hotel is looking for a Senior Budget & Financial Analyst to help drive strategic financial planning across the organization. This role partners with leadership to develop budgets, analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights that support business decisions.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate the annual operating and capital budget process.
  • Develop financial forecasts, projections, and scenario analyses.
  • Monitor budget-to-actual performance and investigate variances.
  • Create executive reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Analyze financial, operational, and marketing performance.
  • Maintain budget templates and planning tools.
  • Support department managers throughout the budgeting process.
  • Recommend improvements to budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and operational leaders on organizational planning.
We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of budgeting, financial analysis, or business analytics experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems, budgeting software, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to explain financial information clearly to leaders across the organization.
