Responsibilities
The role of the Executive Assistant is to organize executive schedules and matters.
  • Manage and maintain executive calendar, including scheduling of corporate and investors' meetings, employees' weekly check-ins, travel booking, professional and personal events.
  • Manage the executive inbox, including but not limited to; flagging emails that need the executive immediate attention, responding to emails on behalf of the executive as needed, managing the archive folders, and following cyber risk prevention best practices.
  • Open, sort, and distribute mailed correspondence.
  • Work closely with the executive on projects supporting the Business' goals (team's activity tracking, business plan development...)
  • Collaborate with other members of the Equity and Executive Teams as needed (projects, database entry, follow-up communications).
  • Collaborate with executive's Household Manager on family's planned events/appointments and forward them kids' related emails (school/sports team).
  • Collaborate with the Development Team on document signatures completion.
  • Read submissions, letters, agendas, memos; determine importance; and manage accordingly.
  • Draft and/or edit documents and power point presentations as needed.
  • Complete the monthly coding and approving of expenses.
  • Maintain database of usernames and passwords for executive.
  • Organize onsite meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
  • Maintain shared task boards.
  • Assist executive with any IT needs.
  • Greet visitors and determine access to appropriate parties.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience preferred, 5 years' experience in supporting administrative roles minimum.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with wide range of people.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - loves to be challenged, determined to win, puts clients and teammates first, collaborative, inquisitive, self-motivated, and operates on trust.

Compensation and Benefits for Executive Assistant:
Pay Range: $70,000 - $92,1100
Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual's experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role
