Job description

Position: Web Design & Oversight Specialist
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Urbandale, Iowa

About the Role: We are seeking a talented Web Design & Oversight Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling web designs while ensuring quality control and project oversight across all digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications • Oversee web projects from conception to completion • Collaborate with development teams to ensure design integrity • Monitor website performance, functionality, and user experience • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms • Review and approve web content, layouts, and functionality • Stay current with web design trends, technologies, and best practices • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines • Conduct quality assurance testing and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field • 3+ years of experience in web design and project oversight • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design • Experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch) • Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
