We serve women across the nation, fostering identity, purpose, leadership, and sisterhood.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Executive Leadership Team, including the CEO. This fully remote, part-time role (1–4 hours per week) is ideal for someone who excels in executive-level support, values excellence, and thrives in a purpose-driven, faith-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination for leadership meetings
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Respond to emails, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and clarity
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and ministry records
  • Support virtual leadership meetings and ministry initiatives
