Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid/Onsite)
The Business Intelligence & Solutions Analyst transforms SARRC's organizational data into meaningful insights, actionable recommendations, and practical business solutions. Working closely across Clinical Services, Operations, Finance, HR, Research, Development, and Client Experience, this role interprets complex data, identifies trends, builds reports and dashboards, and empowers leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions that directly support our mission.
Why SARRC?
At SARRC, we don't just provide services-we build inclusive communities and lead international research. Joining our team means your daily work directly enhances the quality of life for individuals with autism across their lifespan.
Your Role
  • Cross-Functional Data Architecture: Partner with leaders in clinical operations, finance, HR, and research to translate business needs into technical specifications and optimize data workflows.
  • Dashboard & Report Engineering: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards, automated reports, and operational views using tools like Salesforce reports, Power BI, or SQL to make data accessible across departments.
  • Business Process & Solution Development: Analyze cross-departmental operations to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and propose scalable business intelligence solutions.
  • Predictive & Trend Analysis: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify operational trends, forecast service delivery needs, and measure client outcome metrics.
  • Data Governance & Integrity: Maintain high standards of data quality, ensuring data integrity, security, and strict compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Skill Requirements
  • Salesforce Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in Salesforce administration, customization, data modeling, reporting, and dashboard development.
  • Business Intelligence & Analytics: Mastery of data visualization platforms and proficiency in querying languages to extract and manipulate multi-source data.
  • Healthcare & ABA Operational Knowledge: Direct experience working with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or healthcare operational datasets (e.g., client scheduling, utilization rates, billing/revenue cycle metrics, clinical outcome tracking).
  • Process Mapping & System Analysis: Ability to document current-state business processes, perform gap analysis, and implement efficient future-state solutions.

Professional & Interpersonal Skills
  • Data Translation & Storytelling: Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders, clinical leadership, and executive teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively across diverse teams-from clinical providers to finance and HR personnel.
  • Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Curiosity to uncover root causes of operational challenges and design proactive, data-driven strategies.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, information systems, computer science, statistics, finance, healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field required. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, operational analytics, systems analysis, or a related role required.
  • Hands-on experience managing and customizing Salesforce within a healthcare or human services environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) operational models or electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Experience in ABA, behavioral health, autism services, or a closely related clinical service environment.
  • Experience working with multiple data sources, databases, APIs, and system integrations preferred.
  • Experience implementing process automation or AI-enabled business solutions preferred.
  • Experience working with clinical, operational, financial, workforce, revenue-cycle, or organizational performance data.

Hours
Monday - Friday. 8:00am - 5:00pm, with ability to flex time.
Salary
$90,000 - $115,000 DOE
Benefits include:
  • 8 paid holidays per year
  • Up to 16 days per year Paid Time off
  • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (majority of coverage paid for by SARRC)
  • Professional development annual benefit of $1000
