Job description

Software Engineering Manager for the Core Processing Software Team (F35)
Responsibilities include:
-CPSW program work force management (reassignments/placements, recruitment, selection of new employees, and terminations)
-Personnel management (training, mentoring, career development, performance/compensation, and promotions)
-Management responsibility will include collaboration with F35 teams, Aeronautics Programs, and other Business Units. The successful candidate will be expected to support communications with all levels of employees, customers, and industry from engineer to executive. Strong skills in conflict resolution, proactive communication , building collaborative relationships and other soft skills are desired.
-Support pursuit and management of technology roadmaps
