POSITION CONTINGENT UPON AWARD OF CONTRACT


SUMMARY:

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of business software applications and reporting systems. This position analyzes business processes, user requirements, and system functionality to develop solutions that support organizational objectives and operational efficiency. Serves as a subject matter expert for assigned systems, providing user support, training, documentation, and guidance to ensure effective utilization of technology resources. Additionally, leads reporting operations by developing, maintaining, and distributing routine and ad hoc reports, supporting data integrity, and ensuring reporting governance and compliance with Department and organizational requirements. Utilizes knowledge, experience, and sound judgment to identify opportunities for process improvement, support business initiatives, and ensure information technology resources are used in accordance with corporate standards and best practices.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Administer,maintain, and support trip management software and related ancillary systems to ensure reliable and efficient business operations.
  • Provide technical support to employees and providers by troubleshooting system issues, resolving user concerns, and serving as a resource for system-related questions.
  • Establish,maintain, and manage user accounts, system access, permissions, and related security controls for assigned applications.
  • Develop, deliver, and support employee and provider training programs related to company technology, business systems, and operational processes.
  • Create,maintain, validate, and distribute routine and ad hoc reports using SQL programming and reporting tools to support operational, contractual, and business requirements.
  • Produce and analyze performance reporting, including operational metrics, unsuccessful trips, late trips, complaint trends, tracking compliance, and other required performance indicators.
  • Maintain reporting governance by managing report definitions, schedules, quality control processes, documentation, and audit-ready records.
  • Support Department and management requests for data extracts, performance analyses, reporting clarification, and special projects.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance, Compliance, and other business partners toidentifytrends, support data-driven decision-making, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain data integrity by ensuringaccuratesystem configuration, data capture, reporting processes, and adherence to operational documentation standards.
  • Administer and manage company wireless telecommunications accounts and related technology resources.
  • Assistwith inventory management of software, hardware, and technology assets, promoting responsible use and care of company equipment.
  • Provide on-call and after-hourssupport asrequired, including flexibility for evening, weekend, and travel assignments to support satellite office operations.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize, implement, and manage multiple business and technical initiatives simultaneously.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical, statistical, and operational information clearly to executive leadership, Department staff, and operational teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across operations, compliance, quality assurance, information technology, and call center functions.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, including the ability to interpret large and complex datasets related to operations, provider performance,utilization, quality, compliance, and contractual performance.
  • Strong experience with database technologies, including Microsoft SQL Server, SQL programming, and SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Experience developing,maintaining, and supporting reports using reporting tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Crystal Reports, dashboards, and other business intelligence platforms.
  • Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting functions.
  • Experience developing recurring operational, financial, and performance reports aligned with contractual requirements, service-level standards, and businessobjectives.
  • Ability tovalidatedata accuracy,identifytrends, perform root-cause analysis, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Windows Server environments, including Active Directory administration.
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies, system integrations, and enterprise technology infrastructure.
  • Ability to document methodologies, reporting processes, business requirements, and technical findings in a clear and organized manner.
  • Experience supporting business applications, reporting systems, and information technology resources in a multi-user operational environment.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, work independently, andmaintainconfidentiality while supporting critical business and reporting functions.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION:

5+ years reporting/analytics management experience; strong Ecelt/BI/reporting tool proficiency and Bachelor’s Degree.
