Job Summary:
UST is a mission-driven company that transforms lives through technology. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery and transition to operations while collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Managing multiple projects and executing all phases in alignment with Project Management Methodology.
• Collaborating across GIS teams, vendors, business units, and support groups to coordinate project activities.
• Delivering projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring quality.
• Developing comprehensive end-to-end project plans.
• Prioritizing deliverables and ensuring timely completion.
• Communicating project status to key stakeholders on a regular cadence.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.).
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle enterprise IT projects involving business processes, integration, and large global teams.
• Proficiency in project planning tools.
• Strong understanding of business processes and alignment with IT.
• Effective communication with executives and project teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to customer success.
• Ability to lead workshops and align requirements to deliverables.
• Results driven, proactive, and detail oriented.
• Strong risk and issue management capabilities.
