As we scale, weโ€™re hiring exceptional Account Executives who bring curiosity, passion, resilience, and the ability to deeply engage technical buyers.About the RoleAs an Account Executive at Security Journey, youโ€™ll drive meaningful revenue growth by owning the full sales cycleโ€”from prospecting and discovery through multiโ€‘threading, negotiation, and closeโ€”while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver our learnerโ€‘first mission to customers. Youโ€™ll navigate complex buying environments, build strong champions, and help organizations elevate their secure coding practices, all while operating with autonomy, curiosity, and a high sense of ownership. This is a highโ€‘impact role where your work directly shapes our momentum and advances secure development across global engineering teams.ย  This is a remote (work from home) position for candidates based on the East Coast of the United States.ย ย What Youโ€™ll DoIn this role, youโ€™ll lead highโ€‘impact sales motions that move prospects from first conversation to close. Youโ€™ll combine disciplined execution with strong storytelling and technical curiosity to drive pipeline and win complex deals.
  • Drive entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Build/manage pipeline through inbound + outbound.
  • Deliver strong discovery, storytelling, and demos.
  • Multi-thread deals across stakeholders.
  • Maintain forecasting + HubSpot hygiene.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally.
