Job description

Security and engineering teams are using Kodem to gain unmatched visibility, automate remediation and rely on real-time protection.
We're looking for a highly motivated sales executive who enjoys building relationships with key decision makers to evangelize products and services. Our sales team takes risks and is resilient, business savvy and curious as well - They see the value of our product offerings and want it to be part of every software development process.
About the role
  • Source new sales opportunities primarily through marketing lead follow-up, outbound cold/warm calling, email communication and social media.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Work with Partners, SDRs and Marketing to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet qualified opportunity targets.
  • Present and demonstrate the Kodem Security solution to security practitioners and C-level executives.
  • Understand customer needs, requirements, pain points and effectively demonstrate strong knowledge of Kodem Security's products.
  • Stay up to date on industry news and competitive information.

Must have qualifications:
  • You are a natural hustler and aren't afraid to reach out to people.
  • At least 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive with a cybersecurity background .
  • You like working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a strong communicator that works well with a team.
  • You are competitive and coachable.
  • You are familiar with technology and enjoy learning and building processes.

Preferred background:
  • 2+ years of experience working with a SCA / SAST / DAST / ASPM / CSPM organization
  • Existing relationships with the major CSPs and their sales teams (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Long standing relationships within the Reseller / Channel Partner Community
  • Have worked with a Startup before and not afraid to wear many hats
  • Knowledge of MEDDPIC and why it is important
