Job description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who can translate company growth objectives into measurable pipeline and market expansion initiatives.

This role partners closely with executive leadership to support revenue growth, strengthen market positioning, and execute targeted industry strategies across multiple markets. The Marketing Manager will work alongside a dedicated Data & Systems Lead and Sales leadership team to turn strategic direction into qualified opportunities and measurable business outcomes.

This is not a content only or social media role. It is a player/coach - strategic position focused on pipeline generation, market positioning, industry targeting, and revenue development.

Key Responsibilities

1.Pipeline Contribution

  • Lead marketing initiatives that contribute to pipeline growth and qualified opportunities

  • Develop and execute pipeline generation initiatives across targeted industries

  • Continuously optimize lead quality, engagement, and campaign effectiveness

2. Market & Vertical Strategy

  • Support identification and prioritization of high growth industries and market opportunities

  • Develop vertical specific marketing strategies, including:

            o Target accounts and buyer personas

            o Industry positioning and messaging

3. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns across:

            o Digital marketing (SEO, paid search, email)

            o Content initiatives

            o Industry specific campaigns

4. Performance Analytics & Optimization

  • Use data and analytics to:

            o Evaluate campaign performance

            o Identify funnel bottlenecks

            o Support strategic decision making

  • Work closely with the Data & Systems Lead to ensure accurate reporting, attribution, and visibility into pipeline performance

5. Strategic Partnership

  • Partner with Vice President and executive leadership on long term growth initiatives

  • Contribute market insights to support strategic planning

  • Assist in evaluating new market opportunities and expansion initiatives

  • Help translate executive growth strategy into actionable marketing campaigns

What This Role Does NOT Own

  • Marketing automation (owned by Systems/Data Lead)

  • CRM/database administration

  • Workflow building and system maintenance

  • Day to day technical configuration of HubSpot

  • Company growth strategy or executive commercial direction

  • Enterprise pricing strategy or executive level market expansion decisions

  • Marketing generated pipeline

  • Pipeline growth within targeted verticals (FDB, Pharma, Data Centers, etc.)
