Job description

Executive Recruiter

This isn't a typical recruiting role. We're looking for an Executive Recruiter to lead high-impact searches for our client and help shape the future of their leadership team. You'll operate at the intersection of business strategy and executive talent, partnering directly with senior leaders to identify, attract, and hire exceptional executives who can drive growth, transformation, and innovation.

You'll thrive here if you love connecting business strategy to talent strategy, move fast with precision and judgment, and can navigate complexity with confidence. This is a role for someone who leads with insight, elevates every candidate and stakeholder interaction, and knows how to deliver excellence in a high-stakes environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle executive searches across all key functions, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Customer Operations
  • Partner directly with C-level and senior executives to define role requirements, success criteria, and hiring strategy
  • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from first conversation through close
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess leadership capability, scope readiness, and alignment with the business and culture
  • Drive inclusive, data-informed search strategies that bring diversity, excellence, and insight to every leadership slate
  • Create polished, insight-driven candidate summaries and present recommendations to executive stakeholders
  • Communicate progress with clarity and confidence—providing ongoing market insights, recommendations, and search updates
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline outreach, scheduling, and documentation while maintaining a personalized touch
  • Build strong partnerships with internal recruiting, HR, and business leaders to ensure a unified and consistent leadership hiring process

Protect confidentiality and represent the brand with discretion and professionalism in the executive market

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in recruiting, with 4+ years focused on Director+ or executive-level hiring in a global company or retained/executive search firm
  • Deep understanding of leadership assessment, business context, and organizational structure
  • Proven ability to influence, guide, and advise senior leaders through critical hiring decisions
  • Strong interviewing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and AI-enhanced recruiting tools (e.g., automation assistants)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to synthesize insights and produce executive-ready updates
  • Professional maturity, sound judgment, and a calm, polished approach under pressure
  • A genuine passion for elevating candidate and stakeholder experience while improving systems and processes
