Job description

Civil Science is hiring a Land Development Project Manager to support our growing land development team. This role combines design, project management, and client leadership, giving you the opportunity to lead projects, mentor staff, and help grow our presence in Utah (Salt Lake City or Lehi Office).

We're looking for a licensed engineer who is excited about what they do - someone who enjoys mentoring teams, building client relationships, and delivering high-quality public works projects that make a meaningful impact in our communities.

What You'll Do
  • Manage land development projects from concept through construction
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and project performance
  • Perform and review civil design using Civil 3D
  • Serve as the primary client contact and build strong relationships
  • Mentor team members and support business development efforts
