  • Work alongside a passionate culinary leadership team in a polished, high-volume environment.
  • Competitive salary plus bonus opportunity.
  • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and Paid Time Off.
  • Team-oriented culture that values mentorship, collaboration, and professional development.
  • A beautiful coastal location where hospitality and quality are at the heart of everything we do.

What You'll Do

  • Lead by example as a hands-on Executive Chef during every service.
  • Mentor and develop the culinary team, focusing on cooking techniques, knife skills, organization, accountability, and career growth.
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, purchasing, food cost, labor, and overall kitchen performance.
  • Foster a positive, high-performing culture built on teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and operational excellence.
  • Stay current on culinary trends and help bring fresh ideas to the kitchen.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of Executive Chef leadership experience.
  • Strong scratch kitchen background in an upscale casual or polished dining environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop culinary teams.
  • Experience managing food cost, labor, inventory, and kitchen operations.
  • Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).

Ready for What's Next?
