Job description

OB/GYN Opportunities in Marion, Mansfield & Athens, Ohio

Choose the practice setting that best fits your goals, with options ranging from full-scope OB/GYN to GYN-only care, along with opportunities for teaching, robotic surgery, and reduced call.


Position Highlights

  • Choose from three Ohio locations, each offering a different practice environment and lifestyle
  • Full-scope OB/GYN and GYN-only opportunities available depending on location
  • Robotic surgery, subspecialty collaboration, mentorship, and teaching opportunities available based on practice
  • Epic EMR with established clinical teams and organizational support
  • Full-time and select part-time opportunities available
Schedule & Call

  • Marion: 1 weekday call per week and every 4th weekend, transitioning to a reduced-call OB Hospitalist model in 2027
  • Mansfield: Secondary call only (1:4) with in-house OB hospitalist coverage and no primary OB call.
  • Athens: Approximately 1:5 call with in-house laborist coverage
Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of 300,000 to 350,000+ or 54.00 per wRVU, whichever is greater
  • 100,000 annual regional premium, plus up to 120,000 sign-on bonus or up to 80,000 in student loan repayment
  • Up to 8,000 relocation assistance and up to 25,000 annual quality bonus
  • Residency stipend up to 100,000 for qualifying residents
  • 26 PTO days, 5 CME days with a 5,000 allowance, comprehensive benefits, retirement plan, and malpractice coverage with tail
  • H-1B sponsorship and J-1 waiver eligibility at select locations

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
  • Interest in full-scope OB/GYN or GYN-only practice depending on preferred location
  • Physicians interested in robotic surgery, subspecialty collaboration, teaching, or mentorship welcome
