You will partner with Risk, Compliance, Engineering, divisional stakeholders, and transformation teams to drive structure, clarity, and momentum across a broad set of workstreams. The role requires the ability to synthesize complex information, create executive-ready materials, manage cross-initiative dependencies, and connect strategic objectives to concrete deliverables, owners, milestones, and outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
As a VP, you will:

- Collaborate on the development of multi-year execution plan, including simplification opportunities, and target-state design activities.
- Frame and communicate complex topics such as process simplification, convergence, foundational data, AI-enabled capabilities, and operating model transformation.
- Facilitate working sessions and governance forums to drive decisions, resolve blockers, and align stakeholders.
- Enable successful senior leadership updates with thematic talking points, illustrative examples and demos.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing executive-level materials and simplifying complex topics for senior audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to drive alignment across business, risk, engineering, and transformation teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear recommendations.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in non-financial risk, compliance, operational risk, controls, risk assessments, issue management, monitoring and testing, or enterprise risk transformation.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs, target operating model design, or multi-year strategic planning.
