Job description

About INTX

INTX is a complete Insurance Operating System purpose-built for specialty P&C carriers, MGAs, captives, and reinsurers. We unify policy, billing, claims, reinsurance, and reporting into a single, configurable platform, eliminating the cost, friction, and complexity of legacy core systems.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Implementation Lead to run client implementations from requirements gathering through go-live. You will work directly with company leadership and serve as the bridge between clients and our engineering teams.

This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of delivery and business development โ€” meaning you will travel not only for client workshops and go-lives, but also to industry conferences, tradeshows, and partner events where INTX builds relationships and accelerates growth.

Because INTX is growing quickly, there is clear upward mobility, including:

Implementation Team Lead

Delivery / Client Success

Sales / Partnerships (BD support, demos, events)

Client & Requirements

Lead discovery sessions with clients to capture workflows, rules, and integration needs

Translate business needs into functional specs and configuration instructions

Document processes, data requirements, and system behaviors

Implementation & Delivery

Own projects from kickoff through go-live, tracking status, risks, and dependencies

Support configuration, testing, and UAT with client stakeholders

Manage cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support

Contribute to internal playbooks, templates, and delivery standards

Cross-Functional & BD Support

Work directly with leadership, engineering, and product stakeholders

Coordinate with external partners (vendors, consultants, actuarial groups)

Travel for client meetings, tradeshows, and conferences to support sales conversations

Who Thrives Here

People who:

Enjoy client-facing work and solutioning

Want visibility and influence in a growing company

Execute well without rigid process

Want options to grow into leadership or sales/BD roles

Why INTX

Be part of a company redefining how insurance software is built and delivered

Work directly with experienced industry operators, not layers of management

Accelerate your career through exposure to clients, partners, and executives

See the immediate impact of your work in real implementations and product evolution

Travel to major industry conferences and meet MGAs, carriers, reinsurers, and consultants

Competitive compensation with room to grow as the company scales

Requirements

Must Haves

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (Business, Finance, MIS, or related field)
  • 2โ€“3 years of professional experience in a Client Implementation Lead or similar role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience coordinating and support projects in a client-facing role
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with property and casualty (P&C) insurance
  • Experience working with software development or IT teams
  • Experience in insurance, fintech, or consulting industries
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, CSM)

Benefits

INTX offers a comprehensive benefits program for eligible employees and their qualified dependents, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off (PTO)
