The Opportunityallaround Concierge Care is a premium, private-pay home care agency built on a simple belief: the quality of care begins with the quality of the people delivering it. We are W-2, RN-led, technology-driven, and designed from the ground up to be the highest-standard home care operator in South Florida.
We are hiring our Administrator / Director of Operations, the top operational leadership role in the company. We are in active launch phase, and we need a proven home care leader who can take ownership of operations, build workflows, lead a growing team, and run this company day to day with minimal oversight.
You will report directly to the CEO and Governing Body. You will make independent decisions. You will be trusted, supported, and given the tools to succeed. If you’ve been waiting for the right opportunity to step into a leadership role that actually matches your capabilities, this is it.
What You’ll OwnDirect and coordinate all agency operations: staffing, scheduling, compliance, client services, and quality assurance.
Implement operational workflows, policies, and procedures from the ground up as we scale.
Supervise, and develop care coordinators, caregivers, and care staff.
Ensure full compliance with Florida AHCA regulations, licensing requirements, and applicable state and federal law.
Manage AxisCare platform: ensuring accurate scheduling, documentation, and operational data integrity.
Lead quality assurance activities including care plan review, performance evaluations, and service audits.
Serve as the primary point of escalation for unresolved client concerns, staff issues, and operational exceptions.
Act as the official agency representative with referral sources, regulatory agencies, and community partners.
Prepare operational reports for the Governing Body and participate in strategic planning.
Serve as Privacy Officer, Disaster Coordinator, and Civil Rights / Section 1557 Coordinator.
Build a professional, high-performance culture that reflects the allaround standard at every level.

Strong technology proficiency, comfortable with scheduling platforms, CRM tools, reporting systems, and digital workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably Spanish.
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-moving environment.

Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Prior experience in hospitality or hotel management in addition to home health experience.

Who You AreYou’ve been in home care long enough to know what good operations look like, and you’re energized by the challenge of building them. You carry yourself professionally, communicate with clarity, and hold yourself and your team to a high standard without being rigid. You understand that in a luxury brand, every interaction, with a client, a family member, a caregiver, or a referral source, is a brand moment.
This role is not for someone who needs everything figured out before they start. It is for someone who figures things out and makes them better.
