Sales Executive โ€“ Restoration Services

Location: Phoenix, AZ

About the Opportunity

Our Client is a growing restoration and mitigation company seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Executive to expand its presence throughout the Phoenix market. This role is ideal for a true hunter who thrives on building long-term partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and becoming a trusted resource within the commercial and property management community.

The Sales Executive will focus on developing relationships within multifamily, commercial, and property management sectors while promoting restoration, mitigation, emergency response, mold inspection, and construction-related services. Position Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships that drive revenue growth across the Phoenix territory. The ideal candidate understands emergency restoration services and has experience working with commercial property managers, multifamily groups, building owners, facility managers, or related industries.

Candidates with an established book of business are highly preferred; however, exceptional relationship-driven professionals with strong industry knowledge will also be considered.

This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and will receive ongoing onboarding, mentorship, and field support from company leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow new business opportunities throughout the Phoenix market

  • Build relationships with commercial property managers, multifamily operators, facility managers, and trade partners

  • Generate and maintain a high volume of weekly sales touchpoints and networking activity

  • Prospect and secure Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with target accounts

  • Leverage referral partnerships with plumbers, contractors, and other trade professionals

  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline activity, customer interactions, and sales forecasting

  • Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives, event planning, and territory development

  • Identify opportunities for restoration, mitigation, emergency response, mold inspections, and reconstruction services

  • Maintain strong follow-through and consistent client communication throughout the sales cycle

  • Participate in weekly hybrid check-ins and field meetings with leadership

  • Represent the company professionally at networking events, industry associations, and client meetings

  • Help establish and grow future vertical markets including multifamily, healthcare, education, and commercial sectors

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of business development or outside sales experience preferred

  • Experience within restoration, mitigation, emergency services, construction, property management, or commercial services strongly preferred

  • Existing relationships within commercial property management, multifamily, or facilities management highly desired

  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate new business opportunities

  • Experience selling through relationship-building and consultative sales strategies

  • Comfortable working independently in the field while collaborating with leadership

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce preferred

  • Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
