Our pharmacy services span the full continuum of care, including Medication History, Specialty Pharmacy, Infusion Pharmacy, Medication Therapy Management, and Medication Care Coordination. Together, these programs support patients through complex therapeutic journeys while helping improve clinical outcomes across the communities we serve.

Home Infusion Pharmacy

Home infusion therapy provides patients with access to complex medication treatments in the comfort of their homes and outpatient settings. Our multidisciplinary team manages the entire continuum of care—from medication preparation and dispensing to patient education, therapy monitoring, and ongoing clinical support.

As Corewell Health's system-wide provider of home infusion services, we deliver specialized therapies including total parenteral nutrition (TPN), anti-infectives, biologics, inotropes, and pain management therapies. Through clinical excellence and coordinated care, we help patients receive high-quality treatment while reducing unnecessary hospital utilization.

The Leadership Opportunity

As our Home Infusion Pharmacy business continues to grow, we are seeking a strategic and collaborative pharmacy leader to help shape the future of infusion services across Corewell Health.

This leader will drive operational excellence, advance clinical practice, and partner with physicians, nurses, and executive leaders to expand access, improve patient outcomes, and support sustainable growth. The role offers a unique opportunity to influence system-wide pharmacy strategy while leading high-performing teams within one of the nation's leading integrated health systems.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of operational expertise, business acumen, and a passion for developing people. They will be energized by complex healthcare environments, committed to continuous improvement, and driven to create an exceptional experience for both patients and team members.

Scope of work

Manages the direction, coordination, and analysis of pharmacy services. Utilizes data and information from multiple sources to identify opportunities within the medication use system to ensure continuous process improvement. Leads a diverse and effective pharmacy team with the purpose of improving quality and safety outcomes and managing financial performance. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to implement programs and systems. This manager has an in-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations and pharmacy practice and demonstrates a personal commitment to professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy Required.

  • Five years of relevant experience Required.

  • Three years of relevant experience to include the skills, knowledge, abilities gained through related leadership experience or post graduate residency training (PGY2) Required.

  • MI Clinical Pharmacist 90 Days required and

  • MI Pharmacist Controlled Substance 90 Days required.
